RookRelay can prepare a configured follow-up through your verified Notifyre connection and Australian sending number. A missed call alone is not consent, and the workflow does not promise delivery or a booked job. If consent or provider setup is incomplete, the record stays pending or blocked for you to review.

Follow-up is available for an eligible quote that has been sent, has an Australian mobile number, and has a recorded reason for following up. RookRelay schedules polite follow-up checks after the quote is sent; the timing depends on the workflow and its setup checks. Follow-ups stop when the customer answers or you cancel them. Workspace consent, SMS automation, provider setup and opt-out checks still apply, so a scheduled check is not a promise that a message will be delivered.

How are review requests sent after completed work?

After a job is completed, you save the business’s HTTPS review destination and use the explicit send action when you are ready. RookRelay can then prepare the request through your verified SMS connection. The workflow does not promise delivery, a review or a response, and customer consent and opt-out checks still apply.

How can a customer opt out of automated texts?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace uses STOP by default, or a custom keyword you configure. When an inbound message matches the opt-out keyword, RookRelay records the opt-out for that phone number and suppresses later automated SMS for the relevant workspace and number. Keep the keyword in your message instructions so customers know what to send; this operational setting does not decide whether a message is permitted in your particular situation.
